Terms & Conditions 

Lycamobile free data bundle are available for all new purchases starting from 18.01.2014. Customers must purchase a bundle via text (text DATA10 to 3535) or via USSD command (Dial *139*1001#) by topping up with the required amount. All bundles will auto renew on expiry by having the required bundle amount on the account or by Credit/ debit card (if the original purchase was made online). The initial price of the bundle will be 5€, & will be renewed for free for the next 3 months. A standard price of 7€ will be applicable from the 5^thconsecutive month. 1GB (1024 megabytes) data allowance applies to each month (30 days). If the limit of the Free Data bundle is reached before the expiry date, any internet access will be charged at the standard rate of 18cts/MB. Each unit of data usage will be accounted against the allocated bundle allowance at the rate of 100KB per unit. Use of the free data through tethering of your mobile handset to other devices is prohibited. Offer is applicable for any new data bundle purchase made during the period starting from 18.01.2014 until 28.02.2014

How do I set up Auto Top-up?

Auto Top-up is the best way to always stay connected to your friends and family without running out of credit.
To set up Auto Top-up, you need to

1. Log on to MY LYCAMOBILE.
2. Complete a Top-up using your debit or credit card.

While processing a payment, please select the Auto Top-up service and set the minimum level of credit you want on your phone at all times. You can also choose from €5, €10, or €20 for your Top-up.

When your credit falls below your minimum level, your phone will be automatically Topped-up.

What is the Auto top-up and how does it work?

• You can use your debit/credit card to automatically Top-up your account .
• This means that when your account reaches a certain level - we will automatically Top-up your account with a pre agreed amount of money from your registered credit/debit card.
• This saves you the problem of having to remember to Top-up and means that you never run out of credit or experience any unnecessary inconvenience.

How do I activate roaming facility using Lycamobile?

Roaming services are automated and they should work as soon as you travel abroad. If you are unable to access the same, kindly restart your phone and you should be able to use the services without any problem.

How much does it cost to access the voicemail?

Calls to access the voicemail are absolutely free. Your Lycamobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated.

To access your voicemail from your Lycamobile in Italy:

• dial 40121. 

I have not used my Lycamobile for a while and it has now stopped working. Why is this?

We automatically deactivate SIM cards if you do not use them to make a call or send a text for more than 12 months. Thereafter, you have one more month to Top-up. After this time, unfortunately, these SIM cards cannot be reconnected and the mobile number also stops being available for you to use.

My SIM card is lost/ stolen. How do I prevent someone else from using it?

What mobile handsets can I use with Lycamobile?

The handset needs to be compatible with the internationally recognised GSM standards, adopted by all the major handset manufacturers. There are no other restrictions on the type of handset you can use with Lycamobile. Please call our Customer Services team on  +39 351 000 1322 if you are unsure about your handset.

How do I send a text message from Italy to another country with Lycamobile?

Lycamobile works in the same way as other mobiles when it comes to sending international text messages. Simply text 00 followed by your country code, then your area code and then the phone number and press the dialler button. Instead of a 00 you can also use a "+".
